Learn the art of sushi-making in Kyoto with a hands-on class that’s perfect for all ages. Guided by a sushi expert with over 30 years of experience, you’ll master the steps to create six types of Nigiri sushi and one Hosomaki roll, cut into six pieces.

The class uses a step-by-step approach, making it easy for everyone, including kids, to enjoy the process. Once you’ve prepared your sushi, sit down to enjoy your creations as a delicious meal. Please let us know in advance about any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Fresh ingredients are sourced daily to ensure the best quality, and our friendly team makes sure the experience is both enjoyable and educational. To make the class even more special, our assistants will capture high-quality photos and videos of your experience.
