Experience the art of Kazarimaki sushi rolls in Kyoto with this private, hands-on cooking class. Kazarimaki, also known as "art sushi rolls," are a unique and visually striking way to enjoy sushi. During this class, you will learn to create beautiful and delicious sushi rolls using natural food colorings and traditional ingredients (including vegan and vegetarian options) to design and shape picture-perfect sushi creations. Your instructor will also provide traditional Japanese garments, such as a kimono and samue for you to wear during the experience.
This was a fun experience. We learned about how to make sushi and ate it afterward!! The class was very informative and I would recommend.

Wonderful sushi making class!
Great class, my son and I were surprised on how well our sushi turned out. Ito-san was an excellent instructor and there was plenty of good information and instruction. The tea and soup were also delicious. Thank you both for your kindness and your superb instruction!
