Evening of Day 1: Dinner and Rest

  • 19:00 - Enjoy a special dinner at an Italian restaurant featuring recipes with Narezushi arrangements.

  • Post-Dinner - Bedtime at your leisure.

Day 2: Culinary Exploration and Departure

  • 7:30 to 9:30 - Start your day with a light Japanese breakfast.

  • 10:00 - Check-out from the hotel.

  • 10:30 to 11:30 - Participate in a selectable fermentation experience:

  • Visit a soy sauce brewery

  • Explore a doburoku brewery

  • Post-Experience - Official end of the tour (dissolution).

  • An 80% cancellation fee applies if the booking is canceled within 14 days and 14 hours of the event.

  • A 50% cancellation fee applies if the booking is canceled within 31 days and 14 hours of the event.

  • A 15% cancellation fee applies if the booking is canceled within 60 days and 14 hours of the event.
