I went there in the morning. It was not crowded at all. The view from the observation deck over Sapporo is very beautiful. It has a big parking lot. So going here by car is no problem. Would definitely recommend coming here and enjoying the view over Sapporo. When there are no clouds you may also see the mountains in the background.
A great spot to see Sapporo at night during nice weather.
There were lots of couples as well as groups of friends there on a Sunday evening.
Be aware that toilet facilities are locked after the business there closes for the day.
Came here at night to see the city. It was absolutely mind blowing how close the city was to the park. The night was clear and lucky there wasn't an overcast and the vibe was just there. I'd come again. PS there are vending machines to grab a drink on a hot day.
