Good to Know

Rental applications must be completed in advance online via the official GALA Yuzawa website. Paper forms are no longer accepted on-site.
Specify your preferred departure time clearly when making your reservation.
If traveling with three or more infants, a child fare will apply for each additional infant beyond the first two who travel for free.
Ticket prices vary based on the selected date and are non-refundable or transferable after purchase.
Gondola and lift tickets are valid only for the date specified at booking.
Shinkansen tickets included in Plan 2 must follow the designated travel itinerary and are non-changeable.
Only foreign passport holders are eligible for this product; Japanese passport holders are not allowed to purchase it.
Non-reserved Shinkansen tickets are provided, and seating is not guaranteed. Green car or gran class tickets cannot be arranged.
Tickets must be processed at a staffed counter, which may take time during busy periods. QR codes are not included for foreign visitor vouchers.
