Guests staying in the Utoro area will be met by staff and driven to the starting point of the tour. The quiet morning atmosphere makes this a relaxing way to begin your Shiretoko experience.
This modern visitor center serves as the gateway to the trail. It offers a clean, comfortable interior and helpful information about the surrounding nature, giving guests a calm moment before heading out on the walk.
Your guide leads you along a gentle path toward the coast, where you’ll take in sweeping views of the Okhotsk Sea. From the lookout, the cliffs, open skies, and waterfall create a dramatic scene unique to Shiretoko’s wilderness.
After enjoying the viewpoint and returning along the same trail, the tour concludes. Guests are then driven back to the Utoro area, allowing time to relax and reflect on the morning’s scenery.
