Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date are non-refundable, and no-shows will be charged the total tour price without a refund. Rescheduling requests may be made at least 48 hours before and are subject to availability. In the case of severe weather, the provider may arrange cancellations or rescheduling. Refunds, when applicable, may take several business days to process.
