No. An International Driving Permit issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention is required to participate. IDPs issued under the 1968 Vienna Convention are not accepted in Japan. You must present a physical copy of the IDP; digital copies are not accepted.

What should I wear for the tour?

Please wear comfortable, casual clothing suitable for driving. Long skirts, high heels, and sandals are not permitted. Costumes are available if you wish to dress up during the experience.

Are there any age or height restrictions?

Yes. Participants must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driving license. There is no specific height requirement, but you must be able to safely reach the pedals and controls.

What happens if the weather is bad?

For safety reasons, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled in cases of severe weather such as heavy rain or typhoons. If this happens, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.

For participants from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Estonia, or Monaco:

3. Requirements for US Military Personnel:

SOFA License or a combination of an active military ID and a state-issued driver's license.
