• At least one person is needed for the tour to take place.

• The tour is conducted entirely in English, without Japanese language support.

• The tour starts at Shinjuku Station and makes a stop at Tokyo Station for additional boarding.

• The tour concludes at Tokyo Station and does not return to Shinjuku.

• Participants will have the opportunity to make their own tea during the tea experience.

• Children aged 6 to 11 are eligible for child pricing.

• Infants under 6 years can join for free, but they will not be allocated a separate seat.

• Please be informed that our GPS guide system will be updated starting April 1, 2025. We will no longer provide devices for using the GPS guide system. Instead, passengers can access the GPS guide system on their own mobile phones by scanning our QR code. Additionally, we will not provide headphones, so passengers are requested to bring their own headphones if they wish to use the GPS guide system.
