Good to Know

Kids under 15 need to be with a guardian aged 18 or older. They can’t travel alone.
Kids under 6 can’t join the tour activities.
Rental clothing is available, but things like gloves, goggles, hats, and socks aren’t included, so bring your own.
If you want to change your return drop-off to Shinjuku, let the bus driver know when you board.

The tour starts at the Big Holiday Tour Reception Counter on the 1st floor of Sunshine City Cultural Hall near Ikebukuro Station’s east exit. Staff in bright yellow vests will be there to guide you.

Pick up your lift tickets at the Ryuo Bus Terminal. From there, it’s just a short 5-minute walk to the Alpine Ryuo Hotel. Then, settle into your room and get ready for a day of fun on the slopes.
