After a brief introduction, board our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy a scenic drive to a renowned sushi restaurant in Ginza. During the journey, learn about the day's activities and the rich traditions of Japanese cuisine from your guide.

Sushi-Making Experience

Upon arrival, immerse yourself in a hands-on sushi-making class led by a professional chef. Step behind the sushi counter and create various types of sushi, including 7 dishes, 5 pieces of nigiri, and 4 special experience nigiri. The chef will guide you through the techniques and secrets of sushi-making. Each participant will receive a hachimaki to wear during the class and take home as a memento. Afterward, enjoy a delicious sushi lunch with the creations you've made.
