• Kids under 3 won’t get their own seat, lunch, or ice cream gift, but they’ll have fun anyway!

• Sometimes, things don’t go as planned! If roads are blocked, we’ll find another way and maybe stop at a different rest station.

• Bad weather or road conditions might cause delays or even cancellations – unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds in these cases.

Ans: Indeed, we have a structured cancellation fee system in place. The fees vary depending on the timing of the cancellation: 30% from 7 to 2 days prior to travel, 40% if cancelled the day before, 50% on the departure date before the trip has commenced, and a full 100% after the tour has started.

Q: I have dietary restrictions; can they be accommodated?

Ans: Certainly! If you have specific dietary needs such as vegetarian or Muslim dietary requirements, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate sudden dietary requests on the day of the tour.
