You can cancel for free until 8:00 AM local time, one day before the tour. After this time, the full reservation amount will be charged. No refunds are given for no-shows or cancellations made after the tour begins.
Arrive 15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth start. For the JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit, be there by 7:45 AM for the 8:00 AM departure. If starting at Shinjuku Station West Exit, arrive by 8:15 AM for the 8:30 AM departure. Look for the guide with the yellow "Gogoday" flag.
The tour will proceed in most weather conditions. However, the itinerary might be adjusted for safety. If weather or other circumstances prevent certain stops, they may be replaced or canceled without refunds.
Absolutely. Children under 3 years old can join for free if they don’t need a separate seat, but this must be arranged in advance. Children aged 3 and older are charged the full adult price.
If you choose to leave the tour before it ends, no refund will be provided for the remaining portion of the trip.
Evita was a wonderful tour guide, very outgoing and friendly. Well informed and shared a lot of great information and tips on the area. She and the driver were very friendly and ensured we all had a good time and were all on the bus (everyone made it safely there and back :) ). We had cloudy but nice weather, I'm grateful Mt. Fuji revealed herself by the end of our tour! I will definitely come again and stay at onsen next time as recommended!

We had a great day with Sia despite the clouds not cooperating. It was extremely impressive how she ran the day and translated into two languages fluently. Sia was very efficient and the whole day ran perfectly on time.

Lovely tour by Evita and co!
Evita was a wonderful tour guide, very outgoing and friendly. Well informed and shared a lot of great information and tips on the area. She and the driver were very friendly and ensured we all had a good time and were all on the bus (everyone made it safely there and back :) ). We had cloudy but nice weather, I'm grateful Mt.
