Summer: From June to September, long-sleeved rash guards, thin leggings, and shorts are adequate for the warmer water temperatures, but remember a hat and sunscreen for UV protection.

Autumn: From October to December, despite higher water temperatures, it's advisable to wear a long-sleeved rash guard or windbreaker, and in late autumn, thick wool underwear and leggings are recommended due to calmer winds.
