Chairs and tables are available for guests who find it difficult to sit on the floor. Our Garden Teahouse is wheelchair accessible. If you have walking difficulties, please let us know in advance.
Kimono rental is available for an additional fee, but it is not required to wear a kimono. Guests are welcome to come as they are.
Guests are allowed to take photos throughout the experience, but we ask that they turn off the flash. Taking videos is not allowed.
A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 1 day of the event.
