What other travelers are saying about Kobe City Hall Observation Deck
Pretty good for a free view
Closes at 10pm. You can’t go outside — the view’s all through glass — but still nice and worth a quick visit if you’re in the area.
There is a free observation deck on the 24th floor of the building. Scenery seen from observatory was good. There is a cafeteria and observation deck where you can relax.
You can enjoy both mountain and sea views for free! The staff is also friendly and there is a cafeteria (a little expensive tho) and a bathroom.
The only bad this is that it was too hot.
There is an elevator dedicate to reach the observatory at the 23th floor.
Totally recommended, not very crowded.
Would love to come back soon
