Very nice tower with an amazing view! Cheap to go up and not very busy.
There is an amazing view of Fuji - and it was worth it, just for that!
There is a little gift shop, cafe and books to read at the top.

Yokohama Tower stands as a unique and visually striking landmark that brings a refreshing, contemporary flair to the city. Unlike the glitzy opulence of Dubai’s skyline or the towering American skyscrapers, Yokohama Tower takes a subtler yet distinctly modern approach. Its architectural design is sharp and sophisticated, and it captures the essence of Yokohama’s innovative spirit and vibrant urban culture.
Inside, visitors are treated to an impressive variety of shops that cater to both international and local tastes. From luxurious fashion brands to unique Japanese boutiques, the range of retail options is perfect for those looking to shop beyond the typical mall experience. This balance between high-end and distinctly Japanese offerings adds an authentic touch, making it appealing to both tourists and locals alike.
Dining is another highlight at Yokohama Tower, with options that cater to just about every craving. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick bite or a more refined dining experience, the tower’s restaurants cover the spectrum. Japanese cuisine is, of course, well-represented, but you’ll also find an array of international flavors, adding to the cosmopolitan feel of the place. It’s an ideal spot to refuel after a shopping spree, and the variety ensures everyone finds something to suit their tastes.
Beyond the retail and dining, Yokohama Tower’s ambiance itself is worth noting. The energy within the tower is lively and engaging, with people bustling from one shop to the next, savoring the sights and sounds of a modern Japanese urban center. The sleek, minimalistic design of the interior complements the architectural beauty of the tower, making the entire experience feel cohesive and carefully curated.
Yokohama Tower is more than just a landmark—it’s a cultural and commercial hub that showcases the best of Yokohama’s contemporary scene. With its stylish architecture, diverse shopping, and excellent dining, it’s a fantastic place to spend an afternoon or evening immersed in the city’s dynamic atmosphere. If you’re in Yokohama and looking for an experience that combines style, variety, and local charm, Yokohama Tower is definitely worth a visit.

Very underrated observation deck. I didn't stay in the hotel but you can go in and find the area to buy a ticket for the deck. Huge area up there to explore with lots of seating, books, a cafe, and gift shop. I'd check this out again for sure! Picture at night from the deck.
