A nice wild pagoda in the middle of the lake. We came during winter so it was rather lacking. The water levels were low so most of it was essentially mud. There were some ducks and lots of people. Would probably be beautiful during the other seasons.
A place to gather or cool down after a good walk in the park. This kiosque offers a view on the water and trees around, that might shows off flowers 🌺 if you are there during the right season.
You'll find turtles in the water and small walking path around the water that leads to the park.
Beautiful and quiet place. Definitely worth a visit! Loved all the wildlife and how you can just relax here. Drinking vending machines and restrooms nearby too. We loved all the turtles chilling.
We biked here, otherwise a bit far of a walk from Nara station. You can also take a bus here. A nice, peaceful area to relax in. The pagoda has some benches. Lake is calm and beautiful.
