What other travelers are saying about Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka Slopes
Amazing views of the Buddhist temple, day and night. It’s a beautiful temple in a very traditional neighbourhood. Very fun stroll when there aren’t big crowds.
Nice area of old Kyoto. Even though the builds have being restored it certainly gives you a feeling of time travel. Don’t miss the pagoda as it is very popular spot! Shops were closed in the morning.
It’s really nice but it’s super crowded and a lot of tourist shops but I think it’s a must. I thought it would be more bigger I guess but still fun on a nice weather day.
And you can also have some great looking pictures in a less crowded areas. Just make sure to stroll around.
One of the best areas of Kyoto. Loved the vibe, the stores, how the people interact with each other, all that is sold here. People are very respectful, be sure to be respectful as well. Things might not be as you want (talking about price) but is the quality that you'll find here, keep that in mind.
Beautifully preserved historic street in Kyoto, offering a glimpse into Japan's past with its traditional wooden buildings, narrow stone-paved pathways, and charming teahouses. There is even a Starbucks coffee shop following the street style.
Delightful place to explore, especially in the early morning or evening when it's less crowded.
