I visited during early spring, and it was sunny and windy... wonderful conditions for a pleasant stroll around the glass roof. It wasn't a huge place, but there were sufficient shops and cafes for casual browsing and light refreshments.

There is a water fountain pool on the top.
It's really interesting area to check out with many shops and good restaurants.

A very iconic place! Beautiful and highly aesthetic! However, reaching the rooftop requires extra effort—either by climbing the stairs or patiently waiting for your turn to use the small elevator.
Really beautiful structure where you can enjoy the cityscape view or shop in an underground mall! There’s also a NAGOYA sign where you can take photos of the tv tower, oasis 21, and more.
On top of the structure there’s a rooftop with some water and the lights reflect each night! You can also see all of the other lights at night too and catch a bus.
There’s also a Japanese insta photo sticker; it’s a good experience but strange filters haha
There’s also a studio Ghibli store that you can check out too!
