What other travelers are saying about Momochi Seaside Park

A place to enjoy an ice cream from one of the few stalls. The beach is just at the back of the tower. Grainy, yellowish sand. I think it's not ideal for swimming; it's just a place to stroll around.

A good choice for leisure in Fukuoka Hakata area. The beach is okay, sand is good. But when we went, there was a foul smell in the sea breeze similar to a rotting crab (probably an isolated case). Locals are freely swimming in the area, and some groups bring their own food to celebrate. There is no entrance fee. There are lots of restrooms, and restaurants are in an area accessible by the beach. It's just a few-minute walk from bus stations, and nearby the Fukuoka Tower. Best place to watch sunset as it is located in the western part of Kyushu island.
we cane when the weather is extremely hot and the sun shine very bright. if jot, this area would be very lovely to walk around and enjoy the view. it got some cafe near the beach

You can see the Fukuoka tower from momochi seaside park. The place is huge. It looks peaceful though. It’s nice to go here for a walk

Momochi Seaside Park holds a special place in my memories from four years ago, a serene escape nestled along the coast that offered more than just picturesque views. The park was home to a delightful cafe where the food was always satisfying, and they served an unforgettable macadamia chocolate coffee alongside refreshing cocktails, making every visit a culinary adventure. The beach itself was impeccably clean, inviting visitors to relax and enjoy the soft sand and soothing sounds of the waves. The air was particularly fresh, complemented by a cool, gentle breeze that made even sunny days feel pleasant. This made the seaside an ideal spot for both relaxation and engaging activities. Additionally, Momochi Seaside Park featured recreational areas that were perfect for unwinding and shedding the stress of daily life. There was also a well-maintained dog park, a joyful place for pet owners to play and bond with their dogs. This combination of natural beauty, tasty treats, and varied amenities made my visits to the park truly memorable, embodying the essence of a perfect day out by the sea.
