What other travelers are saying about Hattasan Soneiji Temple
Had a great experience in this temple! Everything is clean and beautiful! and for those who want to eat, there are some restaurants there too! variety of Japanese foods and sweets :)
We went there yesterday after work for their matsuri wherein the temple was lit with many lanterns. The stairs is very high but not that tiring. I wish the fest was held on weekends. Cute omamori too! And many interesting food and the ambience on the lower part is very alive while on the top most part is very serene. The wind chimes looked cute too especially of there’s wind
I love the temple. They have unique lucky charm covers which are changing each year. The walk from the main gate to the temple inside is pretty. I would recommend to visit in autumn
Cons: Pretty far from the station but you can find the taxi.
