What other travelers are saying about Cape Manza (Manzamo)
The entry ticket was just 100 yen per person. We arrived at 5:30 PM, and there was no crowd at all—super quiet and peaceful. The stunning blue water, combined with the sunset, created a perfect atmosphere. We spent about 30 minutes there, and it was truly a beautiful experience.
I walked from Intercontinental and it wasn't hard at all. 100 yen for entree was so worth it. What a beautiful place! I highly recommend you to check out. It reminded me of Bronte, Australia.
Cape Manzamo in Okinawa earns a solid 4/5 rating. Its stunning location boasts a unique rock formation resembling an elephant's trunk, adding a touch of whimsy and intrigue to the landscape. Visitors are treated to breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline, making it a popular spot for photography and sightseeing. The natural beauty of Cape Manzamo offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing visitors to appreciate the wonders of nature. However, while the rock formation itself is undeniably impressive, some visitors may find the area crowded, particularly during peak tourist seasons. Additionally, accessibility to the cape could be improved to accommodate all visitors, including those with mobility challenges. Despite these minor drawbacks, Cape Manzamo remains a must-visit destination in Okinawa, offering a memorable and picturesque experience for travelers seeking natural beauty and tranquility.
It is a great destination to see the elephant shaped rock and walk around the park. The weather was great when we were there just a little bit windy. The color of the sea was beautiful. There is a facility that you can eat and drink. We had coffee and tried Okinawa’s special donuts that we liked a lot.
