Wonderful sushi making class!
Highly recommend this excellent sushi making and sake tasting class! Fuji is a very personable host and patient, clear trainer. The class setup is very well done. We learned a lot and feel like we can now make sushi at home. Great experience!
A must-do immersive experience!
What a perfect way to start our trip to Japan! The class was very interactive and hands-on, and we came away with a better understanding and appreciation of Japanese cooking. Fuji was a fantastic teacher, answered all our questions, and made the experience fun. Truly a must for first time visitors and a gateway to immersion.
