Amazing knife lesson in Tokyo
I had an amazing experience at the sashimi lesson in Tokyo! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and provided clear, hands-on guidance on how to properly use the knife and prepare the sashimi. I learned so many techniques, from slicing the fish to presenting it beautifully. The staff was very attentive, ensuring everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed throughout the class.
