Who's it for?

  • If you're from Japan, this pass isn't for you. Sorry folks!

  • Everyone else, you're in luck! As long as you're carrying a non-Japanese passport, you're good to go.

Picking up your pass:

  • Swing by the Seibu Tourist Information Center in IKEBUKURO.

  • Don't forget to bring your voucher and passport with you. They'll swap your voucher for the actual pass once they check your details.

Using your new pass:

  • On the Seibu line? Just go through any automatic ticket gate, easy peasy.

  • If you're riding the Chichibu Line, keep your pass close. You'll need to flash it to the ticket inspector if they swing by. Happy traveling!

Voucher Redemption & Usage Guidelines

  • Got an e-voucher? Great! Remember to bring it and either your passport or residence card when you visit.

  • Pop into the Seibu Tourist Information Center at IKEBUKURO. They'll swap your e-voucher for the real deal.

When to Use It:

  • You've got 60 days from when you got your e-voucher to trade it in.

  • After the swap, your pass is good for 2 weeks. They'll stamp the exact "use by" date when you get it.

Thinking of Canceling?:

  • If you change your mind with at least a day to spare, it’s all cool. No fees for you.

  • But, if you wait until the day you're set to use it, it'll be a bit of a pinch — they'll charge the full price.

  • Just a heads up: The timing for all this is based on the supplier's clock. Give them 2–5 days to process any cancellations. And if there’s a refund headed your way, expect it in around 14 days. Safe travels!
