  • Upon arrival at our charming Japanese house, you'll be greeted by our friendly instructor. Settle in, meet your fellow cooking enthusiasts, and receive a brief introduction to the world of Wagashi - traditional Japanese sweets.

Hands-On Cooking Experience (45 minutes)

  • Roll up your sleeves for an exciting cooking session. Our expert instructor will guide you through the process of making three iconic Japanese desserts. You'll get hands-on experience in mixing, shaping, and decorating while absorbing tips and techniques unique to Wagashi making.

Tasting and Relaxation (20 minutes)

  • After the cooking, it's time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Sit back and savor the delicious desserts you've created, sharing stories and impressions with your classmates in the serene ambiance of our traditional setting.

Wrap-Up and Recipe Distribution (10 minutes)

  • As the class concludes, we'll hand out printed recipes of the desserts you made. Take these home to continue your culinary journey and share your new skills with friends and family. Depart with sweet memories and newfound knowledge of Japanese dessert making.
