We sampled a belltower sweet filled with seasonal white sweet potato, then moved on to crispy Kushi katsu skewers and savory okonomiyaki before enjoying what was easily the best sushi we’ve ever eaten, along with perfectly grilled yakitori, finishing on a silky egg custard.
