What other travelers are saying about Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park
Nice park for a nice walk about especially during the autumn season. Nice rose gardens, windmill, hill top view of the city and the international gardens are quite interesting. We love the pond best with a variety of ducks, cranes, carps. Lunch by the pond was also a nice chill experience. Free entrance and easy access from nearby subway. There is also an AEON mall nearby for those who wants to shop after the walk in the park.
Tsurumi Ryokuchi Commemorative Park, created for the 1990 International Garden and Greenery Exposition, is a vast and beautifully landscaped park in Osaka. It features a variety of themed gardens representing countries around the world, offering a unique cultural and botanical experience.
The park is perfect for outdoor activities, with open lawns, walking trails, and ponds. Highlights include the stunning Sakuya Konohana Kan Botanical Garden and a peaceful Japanese garden. Seasonal flowers, like cherry blossoms in spring, make every visit unique.
A must-visit for families, joggers, and nature enthusiasts seeking a relaxing and scenic retreat in Osaka!
It's a very picturesque place. I definitely enjoyed the stunning views and the display of flowers.Would recommend tourists to check on the flower blooming period as at the time of when I went to the location, not all the flowers were blooming.
The place has rich wildlife as well, could see many local birdwatchers in the area taking photos.
It’s a nice park to walk around and explore. Not too scenic in January but I see the potential. It’s peaceful with a lake and a lot of Blue Herons around!
A tranquil place which only takes 30 minutes metro from Namba Osaka. There’s also an Aeon mall next to the park (around 10 minutes walk from the park).
