Staff for the ropeway way was rude to foreigners, we asked to where to get tickets to ride and he point us back upstairs to the slopeway booth, when we got there we asked the slopeway staff if we can buy the tickets there and they said we can buy the ropeway tickets from the ropeway booth where we were originally. This is the second time that the person gave us wrong information and in a rude way.
Happened around 6 or 7pm
The upper cable car station is very basic and does not have any shops or restaurants. From the station, it is a 5 minute walk through a cool illuminated corridor to the observatory, where you can find a restaurant (fully booked during my visit), a small gift kiosk, and the open-air rooftop with the world-famous night view. Beside the observatory there are 2 transmission antennas, which are illuminated in different colours in different seasons, and are part of a synchronised light show between sunset and 10pm.
It was very unwelcoming to Americans. They lied and said they were closed but let others through. The scenery was beyond beautiful but we shouldn’t have to argue our way Into something we want to visit.
